This cafe is dishing up stacks of fluffiest and jiggliest Japanese soufflé pancakes in Berlin! They recently opened in Kreuzberg and serve incredibly jiggly and soft pancakes with a variety of options -Crème Brûlée, Oreo, Tiramisu, and Berries to name a few. The layers were on point and also the balance of sweetness. Couldn’t resist grabbing some Matcha Bubble tea and Kitkat Cheese Dorayaki. They have Japanese dessert Taiyaki on the menu as well! My recommendation will be to get in early as the store often has a long waiting time and also sells out fast!.

Best Japanese Soufflé in Berlin…I took Creme brûlée Souffle and trust me I enjoyed every single bite of it…It was so soft and tasty!!!!!❣️ The hot milk tea also was top notch 100% Recommended ♥️.

Everything is very tasty, the staff is friendly. We tried the soufflé and it was simply excellent and very tender. Little space inside, but don't look at it, it's worth visiting this place and trying Japanese desserts.
